IBM Developer came to Plan A for a marketing solution to establish a reputation as a dominant cloud platform but quickly discovered they needed more than a traditional marketing campaign.
ROLE
I worked with the Head of Strategy of Plan A to explore the problem at hand, build the strategic narrative to sell in a challenger-brand approach, and work with a partner experiential agency to develop activations and creative concepts.
